McCall's 2769 Just the Hippest Maternity Separates 1971

 

I don't see this as a maternity outfit - it has great slim lines and is one of the nicest combo patterns, especially that long sleeveless guru vest.  View B with the pants is so 70's.

It is made from an old dress and all the instructions are there on the link.  Next time I'm at a thrift store I will look for an old dress to do this with.
