McCall's 3915 High Collar High Class Blouse & Skirt 1973 a chic sleek outfit if there ever was one. It is suitable for lightweight wools and stretch knits. Have to think a solid color would look best especially on the long version. Would hate to disrupt the svelte lines with any design distraction.
